Glauco Lolli Ghetti\, un giorno ebbe l’idea di realizzare un paio di buche da usare per allenamento personale. Ben presto se ne aggiunsero altre sette e il primo percorso fu così completato. E' stato ultimato il nuovo percorso da 18 buche da campionato (percorso giallo)\, completamente diverso da quello esistente.  Una grande terrazza protesa sul percorso\, davanti alla Club House\, è un punto d’osservazione privilegiato che consente di osservare il gioco su gran parte delle diciotto buche. I fairways\, curatissimi\, si sviluppano secondo un armonico disegno sui morbidi pendii delle prime colline del Monferrato.
